Human Condition specializes in looking at the world differently. In order to gain true insight you have to look through a different lens. We have developed a proprietary set of tools to uncover insight in some unique places.

Developing useful insight is a rigorous process that we excel at. It begins with asking the right questions, tearing down constraints, understanding context, listening, observing, and studying the problem. In fact our insight gathering process is quite innovative as well.

We specialize in the art of qualitative exploration and the science of quantitative measurement. During research Human Condition biometricly tracks participant performance and behavior to deliver deep insight of the issues that truly matter. We track eye movement to see what someone looks at first and how long they look before moving on. We track physical patterns to see when a repetitive task can be reduced and efficiencies introduced. How many steps does it take to purchase, use or enjoy? How do doctors and patients communicate? Will consumers buy a product that is good for them yet cost a magnitude more? How does climate affect purchase decisions for insurance? This level of insight is all but worthless without being able to communicate the findings. Data visualization and insight films allow us to communicate these findings cleanly and clearly to multiple stake holders.
