Need to build the impossible?

Let us do it for you.
Our labs are where ideas come to life and prototypes are born. Innovation is practiced daily. We have the lab, shop, testing and staging areas.
Need to create what doesn't yet exist?
To radically alter what exists to meet your precise needs?
Do you need advice or guidance on a unique project?
Talk to us.
We're inventors. Technologists. Creatives. Engineers. Designers. Strategists. Analysts. We ideate and create. We'll research what's out there, assess risk, determine the feasibility of your project, develop prototypes, invent, test and build.

We have developed remote controlled helicopter-mounted camera systems, 3D volumetric displays, non-touch (kinesthetic) interfaces. We designed a high definition television broadcast system for an international auto racing circuit. We have turned Times Square in to the largest video game ever that you could control with your phone. We have designed virtual and physical learning environments for hospitalized children. We have engineered HIPAA compliant medical systems. We designed and developed disease simulators, theatrical sports experiences and more. We continually push the technology and storytelling envelopes to take product concepts from basic idea through prototype, and on to production.
If you are exploring an idea, or need to come up with something that is truly unique, send us a note. We'll find and/or invent the solutions with or for you.
R&D examples:
- RLS Simulator -
Packed in hermetically sealed transport case, this simulator was able to run for 18 hours continuously on battery power or could be plugged in. - Pneumatic haptic pedal system -
This system allows you to feel the smallest change in a surface as you are walking on grass, gravel, sand, cement... - Pneumatic multi-sensory control system -
Regulated pneumatics allow participants of all different body sizes to feel the same level and quality of sensory effects. - Running a 700 HP Champ Car through Times Square -
On board wireless camera and telemetry fed the Reuters building's LED digital signage.
What is R&D?
Creative work, undertaken on a systematic basis, in order to increase the stock of knowledge - including knowledge of humans, culture and society, and then using this stock of knowledge base to devise new applications.

Why rapid prototyping?
Rapid prototyping is the automatic construction of physical objects, using solid, freeform fabrication.
The first techniques for rapid prototyping became available in the late 1980s and were used to produce models and prototype parts. Today, they are used for a much wider range of applications and are even used to manufacture production quality parts in relatively small numbers.
We use rapid prototyping to study usability, assess risk early, and speed the development process.
